We applied recently completed a project on a railway sub station roof.
The roof was in a poor condition as previously felt and bituminous coverings had been used. Traditional coatings like felt and EPDM have joints, as such, over time, these joints are the first thing to fail.
Econ’s coating is seamless and as such, the risk of failure is reduced enabling us to give far longer guarantees on the products.
Econ was commissioned to demolish and clear a concrete footbridge spanning a four lane highway. Timing was critical to ensure that disruption to traffic and local residents was kept to a minimum.
